RAID

RAID，全名為 Redundant Array of Independent Disks 是保謢資料的方法。
最常用的有方法分別有 RAID 1 及 RAID 5。

RAID 1 又稱為 Mirroring 即儲存至 Hard Disk 時，是將相同資料，同時寫入兩個 Hard Disk 中，當其中一個 Hard Disk 出現問題時，可以立即使用另一個 Hard Disk 補上。所以這種方法，必須使用兩個 Hard Disk。

RAID 5 至少要使用 3 個 Hard Disk，每次儲存時，會將資料及 Checksum 輪流寫入所有 Hard Disk 中。相其中一個 Hard Disk 出現問題時，只要換了有問題的 Hard Disk，系統便會從新計算出正確的數據，重建於新的 Hard Disk入面。

三思而行

每次開會，都好似打仗一樣，講每一句說話都要三思而行。只要說錯一句說話，隨時會跌入萬劫不復之地。亦要打醒十二分精神來招架不同的題問，所以每次開會，都會消耗極多體力。
而眾多對手中，我最討厭的人有三種。
(一) 不信任你而要你替他做事的人。
(二) 聽不懂你的講解，又要扮聽得明白，但之後要重複詢問同一問題。
(三) 幫他解決問題後，連多謝都不會有一句。但出問題時，便粗言相對，認為所有問題都是你的問題。
當遇到這類人，EQ 稍為低的話，真的很容易失控。
因此，我終於明白到，國家的領導人說話時，為何總是很悠閒、很慢。其實，他的每句說話，都是經過再三思想的。所以，我都要學習他的這個慎言行為。

化繁為簡

化繁為簡係我做事的方針，簡單複雜化非我所為。
就好似截拳道的要旨『以無法為有法，以無限為有限。』
但最高境界，應該要再做到『化有法為無，化有限為無限。』

位置

人，做唔同既野，對唔同既人，都有唔同既位置。
而人既能力越大，識既野越多，所要做既事亦會越多，所站既位置亦會每刻都不同。
正如我係公司既位置，就好似打遊擊咁，那個部門要人，便要補那位置。有時係前線，有時係後防，有時係......
有一個人曾經用一間酒樓來形容我做事地方，他說不能想像我執著鑊剷，衝上前線殺敵的樣子是怎樣的。幻想一下這個情境，真的會很好笑。
所以，有時要做下隱形人，忘掉四周的煩惱，呼吸一下新鮮空氣，休息一下。然後繼續繁重的工作。

真心話

人隨著年紀既增長，越來越少講真心話。對著任何人都會有所保留，不可暢所欲言。

我好慶幸我有三個知己，雖然大家很少見面、交談，但我對著他們，真的可以輕鬆地發言。
